1. Cleanse your skin and pat dry
2. Apply the After Sun Derma Fill Gel in a mask-like layer to the treatment area. Only apply the gel to the section you are treating, not your entire face
3. Power on your device and select your microcurrent intensity
4. Starting on your neck, start from the base and glide the device slowly upwards and apply a light pressure. Glide towards the back of your neck until you hear a beep
5. Repeat this movement several times before moving onto your jawline and cheek, then your forehead and brows
6. Massage in any remaining derma fill gel for additional skincare benefits
7. Avoid using on Adam's Apple

Frequency of use: Use daily, for 5 minutes. Like going to the gym, you might not notice results after the first use! For best results, use regularly as part of your skin fitness routine.

You will notice that your device does beep every 15 - 20 secs, this is to indicate to change your facial massage movement. Make sure you apply a generous amount of our Derma Fill Gel onto the skin beforehand to make sure you have a smooth gliding effect while using. Each customer can feel different effects from the same setting, do not be disheartened if you do not feel a buzz as many will not.

Can you use other skin products, or only the after sun derma fill gel?
The included Free Derma Fill Gel is the best product to use with Skin Gym. We cannot ensure results if using other skincare products.
