Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders placed before 12 PM Monday - Friday the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number. Please allow for a few additional days for orders to be shipped and delivered when we have a sale or there is a Public Holiday.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UAE orders under AED 300 will incur a AED 35 flat rate shipping fee.

UAE orders over 300 AED receive FREE SHIPPING.

We currently only offer shipping to the UAE.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains a link to track your order with a tracking number.

Please contact us if you are having difficulties with tracking.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available with the courier.

UAE Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days (95% of our orders arrive within 2-5 business days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier provider as stated in your shipping confirmation email.

If you still need assistance after contacting the courier, please let us know and we will assist to the best of our abilities.


Can I add or edit my existing address?

Yes, of course! Just sign into your account, access your account and select Address book. Now, you can add or edit your shipping addresses.

Please note: this can not be done retroactively and must be done before the placement of your order. All orders will get shipped to the address nominated at the time of placing your order.
