Can I add to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed we are unable to add additional items. If you reach out to us right away during business hours, we may be able to cancel the current order so that you can place a new one. We will need your order number and email address.

Where is my Order Confirmation?

Please allow a couple of minutes for the email to arrive. Also, sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk/Spam folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please email our friendly Customer Care Team.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains a link to track your order with a tracking number. Please contact us if you are having difficulties with tracking.

How much is shipping within UAE?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship across the UAE – be it in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah or Umm Al Quwain.

UAE orders under AED 300 will incur a AED 35 flat rate shipping fee.

UAE orders over AED 300 receive FREE SHIPPING.

How much is International Shipping?

We currently only offer shipping to the UAE.

How soon should I expect my order to arrive?

UAE Orders

We aim to ship orders placed before 12 PM Monday - Friday the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Please allow for a few additional days for orders to be shipped and delivered when we have a sale or there is a Public Holiday.

How do i check the status of my order?

You can log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available with the courier.

UAE Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days (95% of our orders arrive within 2-5 business days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the courier provider as stated in your shipping confirmation email.

If you still need assistance after contacting the courier, please let us know and we will assist to the best of our abilities.

Can I add a shipping address or edit my existing address?

Yes, of course! Just sign into your account, access your account and select Address book. Now, you can add or edit your shipping addresses.

Please note: this can not be done retroactively and must be done before the placement of your order. All orders will get shipped to the address nominated at the time of placing your order.

Can I shop without an account?

Yes, you can, by choosing to checkout as a guest. However, we will still need a few details from you like your contact number and address, so we can process your order and know where to send it.

What's your returns policy?

How long do I have to return a product?

From the time of shipping you will have 30 days to return your purchase, as long as it meets our return policy.

What is the refund policy ?

We always work towards delivery that’s 100% accurate while ensuring that each product is in perfect condition when it reaches our customers. In case of errors, however, we’d be more than happy to give you a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • A product(s) was found to be defective or damaged upon delivery
  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • A product(s) was near its expiry or has already expired when delivered
  • A product(s) was in the initial order but was not delivered

What are the refund conditions ?

  • All products for return must comply with the following terms & conditions:
  • Product(s) must be in its original, unused purchase condition
  • Packaging of each product must be unopened and not defaced in any manner
  • Product(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase such as a receipt or tax invoice and purchased directly from the skino2.ae website and not any third party reseller. 
  • All paperwork, parts and accessories that was delivered with the product(s) must also be returned

How will I receive my refund ?

We’ll offer your refund via your original payment method. If you paid online, your refund will be credited to the bank/credit card or Blue Wallet used for payment.

If you paid through Blue Prepaid, your refund will be credited to a new Blue Prepaid card which we’ll send you through email.

Are any products excluded from returns?

Free gift items and any products on sale or that are labelled as non-returnable and/or non-refundable on our website skino2.ae cannot be returned and refunded.

How do I return my products ?

Please contact us for a refund request along with your invoice proof of purchase  from our UAE skino2.ae website within 30 days and if it qualifies for a return & meets our return policy stated above, there is no need to return the item, we will happily  assist to process your refund return by way of payment credit. If you need a replacement product you can then place a new order via the website. 

If I paid via my debit or credit card how long will it take to get my refund ?

The whole process will take 2 to 3 weeks, starting on the day we notify you that we have received your product to your bank processing the return.

Will I get my vat refunded when I return products? 

Yes, you will. Just make sure to also present a proof of purchase, such as your receipt or tax invoice.

I got refunded the wrong amount. What should I do? 

If you think you received your refund in the wrong amount, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you.

What payment options do you accept?

The price listed on the Skin O2 Middle East website is the RRP AED retail price in Dirhams which includes the local VAT. The Skin O2 UAE products are delivered to Dubai from our UAE warehouse so there are no extra charges or Duties payable on top of the the RRP listed sale price which already includes the local VAT charges.

WHAT ARE O2 REWARDS

O2 Rewards is the Skin O2 loyalty program where members enjoy exclusive offers, early access to seasonal promotions and new launches, and so much more. Membership is free and you earn points every time you shop online at skino2.ae. Members can then redeem points for Skin O2 online discount vouchers to use online at skino2.ae. Being a member of the Skin O2 family has never been so rewarding!

O2 Rewards is free to join. To create a Skin O2 Rewards account, simply create an account on our website and provide your full name and email address, you will also need to create a password.

EARNING O2 REWARDS

Collect O2 Rewards points every time you shop. 1 AED spend = 1 point. You also earn O2 Rewards points by following us on social media, writing reviews and adding your birthday to name a few!

REDEEMING O2 REWARDS

Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, you’ll be able to convert your points into a discount voucher to get money off your next order. Each reward voucher includes a unique code which you must enter at checkout. Your points must be converted into reward vouchers before they can be used. Here's how:

Click the O2 Rewards button on the bottom left of our website to open the O2 Rewards launcher.

If you are not logged in to our site with your user account, then you will see the below. You must be signed in to our site to see your available rewards. If you have an account with us, click the "Sign In" button (below the SIGN UP button). If you are a new customer, click the "SIGN UP" button and follow the prompts.

Once you are signed in, reopen the launcher (see Step 1) and you should see "Hi YOURNAME" and your available points in the top of the launcher. See example below of a logged in customer.

To redeem points, click the "REDEEM" button below the text that says "Redeem your O2 Points for awesome rewards".

The info displayed shows your how much your O2 points are worth before proceeding. Currently 10 O2 Points are worth 1 AED. So in the example below, the customer has 478 points which is worth 47.80 AED. Once you are ready, click the "Redeem" button.

Use the slider to adjust how many points you want to redeem, you can redeem a minimum of 60 points and a maximum of 1000 points. The value of your points will be displayed on screen. Once you have selected the correct amount, click "Redeem".

Once your redemption is complete, you will see your discount code on the next screen ready to use. Simply copy and paste your code and enter it during checkout to save! An email with your discount code is also sent once you redeem which you can refer to at a later date.

HOW MUCH ARE O2 REWARDS WORTH?

Currently 10 O2 Points are worth 1 AED AUD. So if a customer has 478 points, this is worth 47.80 AED.


HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?

To see how many points you have, make sure you are logged in to our site with your email and then click the rewards launcher. On the top right of the launcher it will display your current point balance.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

For any product purchases it can take up to 14 days. Product reviews may take up to 7 days to appear. For other point earning activities, it will take a few minutes for your points to show.


IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY POINTS I CAN EARN?

Nope - we don’t limit your loyalty.


IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM I CAN REDEEM?

The minimum amount of O2 Rewards you will need to redeem for a discount code is 60 points. The maximum amount you can redeem per order is 2000 points.


DOES MY DISCOUNT CODE I RECEIVED AFTER REDEEMING MY POINTS EXPIRE?

No, once you redeem your points and receive a discount code, that code will work until it is used.


CAN I CANCEL MY VOUCHER OR ADD MY POINTS BACK?

If you would like to cancel your redemption and add points back to your account, please Contact us and we will get that sorted!


I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY REWARDS

Please note: Birthday rewards cannot be redeemed for the first month as a new signup. So if you signed up today and your birthday is in the next 30 days, then you won't be gifted 200 rewards points until your birthday the following year. This is to prevent abusing our rewards system by providing birthdays too close in the future. We appreciate your understanding.


WHERE DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Please use your coupon code during checkout by entering it in the discount code box provided. Please note you can only use one discount code per order.


CAN I COMBINE MY REWARDS DISCOUNT WITH ANOTHER DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately our shop only allows one discount code per order, so if you use a discount code during a sale such as Boxing Day, then you will not be able to use your O2 Rewards discount code. Unfortunately this is a limitation of our shopping cart application which we cannot change at this point.


ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM MY REWARDS DISCOUNT?

Rewards discounts cannot be used on Gift Cards or in conjunction with any other offer. Unfortunately only one discount can be used per transaction.


IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY POINTS I CAN EARN FROM PRODUCT REVIEWS?

Yes, you will only earn a maximum of 100 points per day from product reviews (1 review per day).
